What are badges?

Badges are awarded when you complete skills. Each skill has a video or written lesson and instructions for how to practice and apply in real-life situations. When you are ready to see if a skill has lifted your meQ score, click the "Earn Your Badge" button on the last page of the skill and answer a few questions about yourself.
